Attorney - Deanna Recker

Deanna Recker is a Partner with the firm and Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Section. She has assisted many clients, throughout her years as an attorney, in tailoring their estate plans to meet their concerns and to accomplish their goals.

While the Probate area of law is driven by statutes to a greater extent than the estate planning, Mrs. Recker's goal for all her probate clients is to administer their loved ones' estate in a harmonious, efficient and timely manner.

Mrs. Recker has been a frequent speaker at various tax planning and discussion groups in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Retirement groups and employers, on behalf of their soon to be retired members, have from time to time requested her to speak on estate planning and probate issues.

Mrs. Recker enjoys time spent with her three adult children and six grandchildren. She is an avid reader, enjoys her two dogs and any time she can get away to swim.
